Ingredients
  • Yoke 97g
  • Albumen 98g
  • Fine saccharic 1 18g
  • Fine saccharic 2 37g
  • 50g of weak strength flour
  • Millet pink (corn is amylaceous) 10g
  • Butter / bovine oil 35g

Tips
